With a key focus on implementation, the workshop provides the participants with specific strategic, analytical and creative thinking tools to drive innovation and enhance workplace performance. It has three stages as follows:
Stage 1; Pre-workshop Activities
Participants are emailed simple reading material and a personal assignment to identify opportunities and challenges in their current work environment. Real issues ensure active workshop participation and discussions.
Stage 2; Active Learning Workshop
The workshop uses a modified action learning approach where participants use existing organisational issues they have identified and formulate/draft strategic briefs to enhance performance for management considerations. Real case studies with answers serve as a guide to address their own issues. Lectures are short with participants using the content and process of the road map.
Stage 3; Post-workshop Support
Participants also receive continuous online support in developing their Strategic Brief (presentations) to management (email support).
